Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Service teams End of contract (leaning end and end of stock) and the KB office, as well as ensuring the correct handling of ongoing processes in the teams. Organized (leaning end, stock-rate end, KB position): Ensuring telephone service and presence in the office timely processing/responsibility of correspondence Conducting regular team meetings Approval of applications for absence in compliance with current operating arrangements Leasing date Cooperation with sales companies and manufacturers in the field of residual value protection, logistics Creation and maintenance of automated reports to connected partners Ensuring the return possibilities of the leasing returners from their own leasing stocks or outgoing traders. Timely creation of vehicle invoices and final settlements from leasing return rotors Permanent optimization of vehicle return processes with the aim of reducing risk for the bank Expansion of cooperation with our cooperation partners Content of the input invoices KSII concerning prior to transfer to RW Establish and maintain control mechanisms for continuous risk control Stock-rate Optimization and monitoring of the process of automatic offer skalkulation for loan contracts with stock rate In coordination with receivable management and/or risk increase of the quota of connection financing, or change of rates Establishment and maintenance of control mechanisms for permanent risk control Takeover Dealer Function for Formula Rear without Dealer Network KFZ lettering station Ensuring the timely dispatch of the KFZ letters of end customers Ensuring the careful storage and removal of the KFZ letters (avoidance of incorrect shipment or incorrect sorting) Ensuring service quality and guaranteeing the contractually agreed services for external customers Takeover of fulfillment activities Create statistics Promoting employees through targeted internal/external training Permanent exchange of information with the supervisor Creation of specialist concepts for optimizing process processes Cooperation in project teams
