DEIN PROFIL Background: You have a degree in economic engineering, chemical engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring 6 years of professional experience in the process industry and advice, especially in the chemical industry or biotech industry, with a strong IT reference. The process industry has been your field for years and you want to build a new team, develop it continuously and thus lead to economic success. IT and technology competence: You have a strong IT and technology expertise in developing digital strategies and have a clear focus on digital trends and their impact on the core business. Leadership competency: Your ability to build and develop a team, as well as your leadership skills and strategic thinking are yours. Network: You have an active network of decision-makers or experts in the process industry and have experience in the design and control of acquisition situations and project assignments. Language knowledge: Very good German and good English skills
