To strengthen our multi-professional team, we are looking for dedicated employees for the night service.

• Care and support for people with disabilities in their own housing
• accompaniment of young people who have taken their first home
• Promoting and supporting the maintenance and development of self-employment
• Ensuring demand-oriented care and care
• takeover of shiftwork with standby shares (with corresponding leisure compensation)
• Careful documentation and reporting

Your skills

• experience in working with people with disabilities, ideally in the field of integration aid
• Empathy, communication strength and strong team skills
• Very good organizational ability and flexibility
• Self-responsible, structured action and resilience
• Joy in cooperation in a motivated, multi-professional team
