Strategic customer development: You enter and develop existing retailers independently and acquire new customers (laborator dealers). You are responsible for sales development and build long-term customer relationships. Consulting and sales: With your commercial background and technical understanding, you will convince international specialist retailers for laboratory requirements in research and industry of our wide product portfolio of equipment, consumables and chemicals. Contract and Conditions Management: You conduct annual discussions, negotiate contracts, define conditions and KPIs for professional management of the business. Order Management Lead: You run an experienced and self-employed 5-member team in close cooperation with our partner suppliers. Market and competition analyses: You identify relevant markets, analyze potentials and conduct strategic measures. International offices: You work closely with our OMNILAB locations in Latvia and Turkey, and you connect valuable contacts to the sustainable development of national and international customer relationships.

At least 5 years of professional experience in the national and preferably international distribution of products in need of declaration, ideally with leadership experience. Commercial qualification e.g. a completed economic studies. Routine in handling digital ordering interfaces such as EDI and OCI is desirable. Customer orientation: You develop yield-oriented solutions and recognize revenue potential according to the needs of our customers. Communication and negotiation talent: German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as good Spanish knowledge.
