You are the first contact person for our executives in all personal questions in your role as HR Business Partner. Treat the entire recruiting process: from talent finding, candidate selection to onboarding. support the executives to develop their teams. together with your teammates, you design the HR processes sympathetic, safe and efficient.

has over several years of professional experience as HR Business Partner, Personnel Officer or in a comparable generalistic HR function and brings well-founded and broad-based HR expertise across the entire Employee Lifecycle. are professionally safe in employment, social and personal questions, can judge complex issues independently and derive practical recommendations for action. have successfully completed a degree with a focus on human resources management or a comparable qualification and has a pronounced commercial and business understanding. works independently, structured, solution-oriented and responsibly and assumes the technical responsibility for complex HR-questioning clients. occurs as a competent Sparring partner for executives and employees and advises at eye level.
