Your tasks Individual development support: preparation and follow-up of accompanying plans and development reports and implementation of agreed support measures Educational guidance in working life: support for employees in the acquisition of work and social skills, promotion of self-esteem and strengthening the resilience Design of learning-promoting work environments: building and adapting structured workstations and workflows, tooling and machine skills Documentation & Quality Assurance: Maintaining Learning Progress and Work Results and Implementation of Work and Quality Assurance Measures Organization and Communication: Planning of work-accompanying measures and activities, exchange with relatives, supervisors and other interfaces, and support for events Support for professional perspectives: promotion of new areas of responsibility, support for other areas of work and support for transition to the general labour market

That draws you Completed training as a work educator, educator, curative nurse or completed vocational training with further training for the qualified specialist for work and vocational training (gFAB) Educational competence and experience in the support and guidance of people with disabilities or special support needs High social and communication skills, empathy as well as a safe and valuable occurrence Structured, independent working combined with team skills and organizational talent Basic IT skills and readiness to document and maintain quality and safety standards
