What we plan together: Our Supply Chain Management (SCM) section looks at the complete supply chain for retail Germany. To this end, all steps from the supplier, the logistics and the distribution to the cash register are illuminated. The aim is to optimize the overall process and thus increase customer satisfaction through a better shopping experience and a higher shelf availability with increased process efficiency. In direct exchange with our suppliers, purchasing, disposition and logistics, you will independently solve tactical and strategic issues that lead to improved availability and efficiency in our supply chain.

What you do with us: You can see the potential: you are forming the interface to our suppliers and optimizing in dialogue with purchasing, disposition and logistics supply chain issues. By analyzing the actual situation of the supply chain, as well as the processes and information flows behind it, you conduct your own optimization potential with relevant key figures and accompany their implementation. You work networked: You develop and discuss solutions together with the specialist departments and suppliers involved, with the targeted introduction of your expertise and experience. When it comes to projects, you have not only a vision, but also a vision: you conduct cross-departmental (transformation) projects in classic and agile form and ensure their success. A good mix of pragmatism and predictive thinking helps you. You build a sustainable logistics supplier management: In SCM/Logistics topics close to the supplier, you control the process of supplier management in professional responsibility. You're packing up: You take responsibility for your topics and make a real difference with your commitment. Your stand-alone, proactive way of working is yours.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable degree course, ideally with the focus on supply chain management or logistics management. You bring several years of professional experience and ideally (skilled) leadership experience in supply chain management, at best in food retailing or a comparable environment. You have already successfully demonstrated your project management skills in the management of cross-functional change projects. You have a deep understanding of complex logistic processes, supplier management and contract design (e.g. logistics remuneration, order lead times, packaging, etc.). In addition, you have very good user knowledge in the current MS Office products as well as good knowledge in handling systems of the goods industry. You convince by a safe occurrence and communicative skills in conversations with internal and external stakeholders. German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
