We, the Institute of Emergency Medicine, is a nationwide training and simulation centre for medical professionals. We train and train treatment teams in the optimal processing of emergencies, our spectrum ranges from courses to the exploration of the Manchester Triage System and basic courses for emergency care, internationally certified course formats, to the highly complex full-scale simulation in real, clinical working environment. Organisation, planning, implementation and follow-up of training for the exploration of the Manchester Triage System (MTS) Conduct and moderation of presence, hybrid and online courses for different target groups in healthcare Further development of existing training and qualification concepts and participation in the development of new learning and course formats Technical support and advice for clinics, rescue services, educational institutions and other cooperation partners:inside Establishment and maintenance of networks with specialist companies, educational institutions and health institutions throughout Germany Working with the optimization, professionalisation and digitization of internal processes and structures Processing of enquiries and support in attracting new customers:inside Participation in projects for the further development of rock estimation and emergency care in Germany Support in the creation of training documents, presentations and digital learning content Presentation of the German Network Ersteinbewertung bei Events, Workshops und Fachkongressen

Completed medical or nursing training, for example as a nurse, emergency medical technician:in or doctor:in Practical experience in emergency medicine, emergency reception or acute care Knowledge and ideally user experience in the Manchester trip system (MTS) Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer, training activities and adult education Embossed communication and presentation skills Organisational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working High level of responsibility, reliability and self-initiative Joy of interprofessional cooperation and network work Technical affinity and safe handling of digital learning platforms, Microsoft Office and Microsoft teams Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing readiness to regularly travel within Germany Occasionally ready for use outside usual working hours, for example on weekends or in the evening hours Place of residence in Hamburg or surroundings or the willingness to make Hamburg a professional centre
