Project Manager Digitization and Automation Accounting

Financial processes: You independently examine and evaluate financial processes with regard to the possibilities for digitalization, automation and the use of artificial intelligence (AI), develop implementation concepts taking into account legal, technical and economic framework conditions and model and document professional future target processes. Project and Change Management: You conduct and coordinate coordination with specialist departments and experts. In addition, plan, control and implement projects independently. You will accompany change processes, including communication and participation measures, and you will be responsible for documentation, communication and stakeholder management. An adaptation of your task spectrum is possible if necessary.

Qualification: You have completed your studies in advanced non-technical administration, in digital administration management or information management and corporate communication or a comparable qualification. Expertise and professional experience: You bring relevant professional experience in process management, in particular in the analysis and optimization of business processes. In addition, you have a basic technical understanding, in particular with regard to system landscapes, digitalization potentials and automated processes, for example with Robotic Process Automation and the use of artificial intelligence. Thanks to your relevant experience, you are sure to deal with issues of accounting and, in addition, provide sound knowledge in public policy regulations. Competences: You work in a targeted, solution-oriented and independent way and place great emphasis on care and quality. Their pronounced analytical ability, rapid understanding and good process understanding enable you to conceptually work as well as the concise representation of complex facts. You have a high level of consulting skills and are confidently represented by convincing communication. At the same time, you are characterized by pronounced teamwork and empathy.
