Development, support and motivation of an assembly team at the Minden and Hameln sites for the power grid of Westfalen Weser Planning, control and safeguarding the operating, maintenance, destructive and construction measures in the power grid Ensuring occupational safety, quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness in responsibility Management of operational daily business including efficient deployment and resource planning Application of Shopfloor management and analysis of relevant key figures for the continuous development of employees, processes and performance Active design of change processes and close cooperation with internal interfaces to further develop the area

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Experience in network operation, construction or maintenance of electricity networks Experience in coordinating operational teams or detectable potential to take responsibility for a team High sense of responsibility for occupational safety, quality and economic action Impressed communication skills and joy in supporting people in their development and successfully shaping changes Good process understanding and the ability to connect operational control (“work in the system”) with strategic further development (“work on the system”)
