As a Business Partner (m/w/d), you play a key role: You lead the entire management team of Diakoneo, develop structures and processes and work with direct influence on board and committees. (full-time or part-time) The area works in a cross-functional and targeted manner with the area of finance, business and management. Modern systems such as Jedox and LucaNet help us to make processes efficient and automated.

You lead the company controlling team and take on the overall technical knowledge with a policy competence for controlling Diakoneo. You can design efficient, group-wide structures and processes. You are responsible for business planning and financial and management reporting, including forecasts and KPI analyses. With Jedox, LucaNet and BI tools you create transparency and sound decisions at operational level. You control budgeting, medium-term planning and investment assessments and thus provide a resilient basis for board decisions and active risk management. You develop the existing system landscape (Jedox, LucaNet, BI) strategically and strengthen integrated business planning and control. You advise Management Board and bodies as a strategic Sparring Partner (m/w/d) and work closely with the business areas on sector-wide projects – focusing on implementation strength and sustainable results.

Completed studies of business management or a comparable qualification with high-level controlling as well as several years of professional experience (approximately ten years), of which ideally five years of leadership Funded expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, KPI control as well as in the handling of systems such as Jedox, LucaNet and common BI tools Designed analytical competence, leadership and clear, stakeholder-oriented communication Ideally experience in the social economy or in the non-profit environment Additional qualifications, such as Certified Controller (m/w/d) or BI specialisation, are welcome
