Accounting, reporting, order and accounting Commercial coordination and interface control of project teams and departments from the Group companies Creation of business plans for real estate companies and projects Cash and working capital management and ad hoc analyses Support for special projects e.g. the introduction of SAP S / 4 HANA

Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, VWL, economic engineering, financial and accounting or a comparable qualification with a focus on finance / accounting Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in controlling / accounting ideally in the real estate industry Funded knowledge of SAP FI / CO /PS Good knowledge in accounting according to HGB / IFRS Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High level of self-initiative and a strong understanding of figures to capture complex issues Good analysis and communication skills as well as a structured and careful operation even under time pressure
