In our regional administration for the regions AMEOS Ost and AMEOS West at the Aschersleben site, you play a central role in the care of our employees and, with your expertise, ensure smooth charging and efficient personnel processes.

Strengthen our team in human resources management as Senior Consultant (m/w/d) unlimited, full or part-time

Own-responsibility of the staff of the regional administration in all personal questions Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the monthly pay bill in cooperation with the relevant interfaces Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents Maintenance and management of personnel master files and digital personnel files Processing of entrances and exits as well as administrative personnel processes Contact persons for employees and executives on topics and questions on labour and social law, basic contractual law, wage and salary accounting, social security and wage tax Cooperation with authorities, social security institutions and external service providers Participation in the optimization and digitization of HR processes

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in human resources or studies with a focus on human resources, human resources management or business management Professional experience as a personnel officer, personnel officer, HR generalist or in pay billing Knowledge of labour, social security and labour tax law Experience in payroll accounting and HR software Independent, structured and reliable operation Impressed service orientation and joy in working with people Safe handling of MS Office
