You support the processing of customer complaints and internal quality reports. You contribute to digitalization and improvement projects in quality management. Together with the team, you identify possibilities for artificial intelligence and help to use and develop AI tools to optimize documentation, evaluations and administrative processes. You support us in maintaining, updating and optimizing documents in the quality management system. You keep an eye on ongoing change projects, follow their progress and support in the timely implementation. You participate in the collection, evaluation and preparation of quality indicators and reports. You support technical investigations and documentation of results.

You are a registered student (m/w/d), ideally in a technical, scientific, economic or digital study program. You are interested in quality management, industrial processes and modern technologies. You are passionate about artificial intelligence and use AI applications like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or comparable tools already in your studies or everyday life. You have the pleasure of questioning processes, identifying potential improvements and testing new digital solutions. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. You work structured, carefully and independently. You bring your own initiative, willingness to learn and team spirit.
