Injection Molding Preparation Employees (m/f/d)

Here's what you're doing: You keep production running by reliably preparing, refurbishing, storing, and providing for the clean room according to the document plan. In addition, you actively support the conversion of injection moulding machines. For a reliable technology, you take care of the maintenance, cleaning and repair of tools, nozzles and hydraulic components and eliminate defects independently to ensure the usability. Security and quality have a high priority for you. You treat tools and mold cores carefully, check stop means (cash/slides) and document them precisely via tool cards and BDE system. With your technical know-how you actively shape our processes, by introducing yourself to the mold strategy as well as CVP and optimization projects to continuously improve tool preparation processes. If it's important, you'll pack up: In the case of production problems, you support the SPG inverters in a solution-oriented manner and enter external service providers as well as on-site maintenance companies.

Complete technical or craft training, ideally in the field of tool construction, industrial mechanics, mechatronics or comparable qualification Experience in maintenance, maintenance or installation of machinery and equipment of advantage Technical understanding and craftsmanship as well as pleasure in working with tools and technical equipment Ideal knowledge in the field of injection moulding or in plastics processing You work structured, concentrated and maintain the quality of routine tasks Teamability, high sense of responsibility and good communication skills complete your profile You have good German skills - basic English skills desirable Ready for use in 3- and 4-layer operation (if necessary) and working under clean room conditions.
