Assistant Purchasing (m/f/d)

As a production subsidiary of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover, Schäfer's supplies around 750 operating counters for baked goods in the EDEKA Minden-Hannover sales area and supplies many SB back stations of the EDEKA group with high quality baked goods throughout Germany. These are produced at three locations in the sales area.

Support as assistant or assistant in purchasing You are responsible for preparing our purchasers through the preparation of negotiations, but you also perform classical tasks such as master data management, independent processing of bills and evaluations. You edit requirements, pick up offers and create price comparisons for cost items. In cooperation with other specialist departments such as quality assurance or product development You require documents, check them and forward them in a targeted manner.

You successfully completed a commercial training and were ideally able to gain experience in the food sector. Your high willingness to use is just as good as a strong willingness to learn and develop. You are a team player, but also have fun in independent, structured work and take responsibility for your tasks. For occasional travel to our other production sites or Suppliers bring you the necessary flexibility. Basic knowledge of English language as well as good knowledge of popular MS Office programs (especially Excel) complete your profile.
