**Your tasks as a specialist

• Auditing of operating expenses
• Processing and clarification of questions
• Rental contract management and correspondence
• Cooperation with the respective departments
• Collection, maintenance and verification of master data

Your knowledge and skills:

• Completed commercial training (preferably in real estate) or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the real estate sector, or with operating costs
• Consistent with the legal content of a rental contract
• Good MS Office knowledge
• independent and reliable operation
