As the right hand of the service master, you actively support the planning and preparation of repair measures for our fire protection systems. They are the first contact partners for our customers in technical matters and, with their solution-oriented approach, accompany them over the entire repair process. After receipt of the order, you will create tailor-made offers and provide careful work preparation. Then order the necessary material via SAP, apply subscribers and reliably coordinate the delivery dates. In close cooperation with the Dispo­sition, you will also plan working times, prepare and update the billing and maintain the project and customer master files in a regular manner.

Completed technical training as an electricalian, mechatronic, technical system planner or similar Good commercial understanding First knowledge in the field of building installation Experience in order processing or desire to develop in this area Routined handling of MS Office Ideally SAP and AutoCAD knowledge Communication strength is the A and O in this job!
