You are responsible for the design and implementation of product training for our service technicians: inside and carry out instructions directly on the construction sites if necessary. You control the technical handling of service and project orders, including coordination of foreign deliveries and customs processing. You create meaningful technical documentation as well as cost-effectiveness analyses with MS Excel and take over the programming of control systems.

You have completed technical master training (e.g. as a plant mechanic: in SHK, refrigeration or similar), or an engineering degree in the field of gas or heat pumps. You bring up at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in technical support or in product development. Your work is structured and you are a real organizational institution that keeps an overview even in complex situations. You are safe to use the current MS Office applications, especially with Excel. You have a valid passenger car license and bring travel readiness within Germany and Austria. You communicate in German in a safe manner.
