Senior Program Manager – Global Product Platform Launch (FutureLEAP) (m/f/d)

What you can move with us Take over overall responsibility: You take over an already launched cross-functional program to launch the new FutureLEAP product platform and develop it into an effective, binding overall control. You create transparency about status, risks and dependencies and make sure that decisions are taken and measures are implemented consistently. End-to-end control: You coordinate and control all central program modules across the entire value chain – from market positioning, target segments and competitive transparency to go-to-market and international rollouts to pricing, marketing, sales enablement, product development, supply chain, service, digital offers and strategic product delivery. Their goal is a consistently controlled and successfully anchored product platform. Synchronize maturity levels: You shall ensure that technical, industrial, commercial and economic conditions are met in parallel and shall perform all functions on a common objective. Creating governance: establish clear decision-making and control structures, implement programme and control bodies and ensure transparency, prioritisation and liability across all functions. Dissolve blockages: You identify target conflicts early, moderate different interests and escalate as needed. You will create a commitment of all parties involved. Strengthen cooperation: You promote cross-functional cooperation, question existing procedures critically and develop the programme as a blueprint for future strategic initiatives.
