They develop purchasing strategies and supply concepts for our diverse product groups, from strategic raw materials to services to CAPEX/technology. At the Aschau site, you will also have a team of four technical buyers. In addition, you can support the purchase of the Aschau am Inn (Germany) and Wimmis (Switzerland) sites in an international supplier environment, e.g. through negotiations with domestic and foreign suppliers. In addition, global supplier management, risk management and continuous process improvements are your tasks. Observing and evaluating the macroeconomic, political and legal issues, as well as implementing the necessary consequences for the business success of nitrochemistry, is one of your tasks. Finally, you support the purchasing manager and take over internal and external strategic projects at business, division and group level.

They have a completed technical/commercial study or scientific study. We presuppose relevant professional experience in purchasing in a manufacturing industrial company. They convince with a high degree of empathy and negotiation skills and have already gained first leadership experience. You also have knowledge of English in word and writing that is safe from negotiation. Ideally, you have knowledge of SAP or another ERP system. You have the willingness to travel internationally.
