What your tasks are:

• You attend and advise executives and employees in all personal matters
• the administrative personnel processes from entry to exit, e.g. contract creation, personal files maintenance is handled by you
• continue to take the pay bill for our professional employees through the PI LOGA programme
• You are the contact person for authorities and social security institutions
• You accompany internal and external audits
• for the management and billing of factory apartments you actively support

• You can provide knowledge and experience in personnel handling and pay billing
• You know yourself in the right to work, tax, social security
• You care about a routined approach to MS Office
