You are not only planning dewatering and outdoor facilities – you are actively shaping the construction transition. With us, you take over the civil engineering planning of complete commercial properties: from land management to the digital terrain model, to environmentally friendly and eco-effective outdoor facilities that contribute to more biodiversity, sustainability and climate neutrality.

We, the eco-design pioneers for C2C markets, design and implement innovative solutions for climate-positive and circular construction according to the Cradle to Cradle (C2C) design concept. With healthy and natural materials, we set new standards in the construction industry and actively promote the construction transition. Our goal is to establish a new culture of building with tangible references that brings people and nature in harmony. As a family-run company based in Regensburg, we carry sustainable construction from the top to the width. We are represented throughout Germany and in Spain and Portugal.

Integration of sustainable & cycleable concepts in the field of civil engineering, e.g. from soil management to water conservation and drainage to the design of outdoor facilities that contribute to more biodiversity, sustainability and climate neutrality Planning the disposal and disposal of the entire property of a commercial property (LPH 1-5) Dewatering and water law planning and the creation of water law Creation of execution planning Accompanying the construction measure during the construction phase Coordination of specialist engineers, architects, construction companies and experts Communication with internal and external project participants and authorities ...and much more!

We are looking for creative minds – no qualifications: experience usually counts more than the title. Ideally, you bring:

Experience in civil engineering or outdoor planning Studies or comparable training in the field of engineering, environment, urban water management, civil engineering, technicians, designers with professional experience Enthusiasm for sustainable and circular project ideas Interest in the design of commercial or commercial properties Safe handling of Nemetschek Allplan Persuasiveness, Target Orientation and Hands-on-Mentality Very good German knowledge in Word & Writing (at least level C1)
