Operational buyer (m/f/d)

You have the building industry in the blood, but do you want to exchange the rough building site everyday for a modern desk? For our partner company we are looking for someone who combines engineering understanding with commercial skills. If you know how to speak and negotiate on the building, we have the ideal position for you! Description As an operating buyer (m/w/d) for materials and after-contractors, you take a central key role in the Schwandorf site – with a strong focus on the turnkey construction (SF-Bau) and construction. Benefits Attractive annual salary on Bauleiter-Niveau (up to approx. 80,000 €) – generously supplemented with Christmas money (approx. 50%) and holiday money (fix approx. 700 €). Operational Purchasing with a clear focus: about 80% off-the-job services (the complete range in the SF building) and 20% off-the-job materials. Acquisition, testing and active engineering and commercial clarification of offers. Conduct price, contract and award negotiations at eye level. Close and partnership cooperation with the building management (the final award decision will always meet you in the team!) and the calculation.

Construction technology is your DNA: Whether as (ex) construction manager, technician or professional from the building materials trade – you know the construction processes in the building industry exactly, know in what order is built and know the lead times. Your focus: 100% office: You are consciously looking for a pure in-house role and you prefer to control the operation from the desk instead of standing on the construction site. Proof: You negotiate sovereignly, ideally have VOB/BGB knowledge and communicate with our partners in a safe manner (min. German C1). IT routine: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) you master in sleep. Experience with RIB iTWO 4.0 is a popular plus (for the first time we will learn you).
