To strengthen our Occupational Safety & Health / Glass Technologies fair portfolio, we are looking for Junior Project Manager (m/w/d) in parttime with 30 hours/week, limited for the duration of a parental period of 24 months. The two world leading trade fairs A+A and glasstec are united in this portfolio, each taking place in the two-year round. In addition to the trade fairs in Düsseldorf, where the main stakeholders of the industries meet, the portfolio now comprises six international depositors. Care and care of national and international exhibitors Participation in the planning, preparation and implementation of events Senior Project Manager (m/w/d) Processing and coordination of orders and order changes Data maintenance in C1-CRM and SAP Implementation of the billing and takeover of all event-related administrative tasks Support in creating and preparing presentations Working with the planning, implementation and support of special exhibitions/projects

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Ideally (first) professional experience in the event or trade fair industry Sales and customer orientation as well as service-oriented thinking and acting Secure handling of MS Office; ideally prior knowledge of SAP and CRM systems Flowing German knowledge (min. C1 level) and very good English knowledge in word and writing Embossed organizational skills as well as a structured, team-oriented and independent way of working High liability and reliability in handling internal and external responders Intercultural competence and communication strength
