You have completed vocational training with further training to the technician or alternatively have successfully completed a relevant degree program with the Bachelor. With their professional experience in the housing industry, You manage extensive construction projects from modernization to new construction. As a project manager, you take responsibility. You have a class B licence. You feel safe in handling MS Office applications. You can solve structural and technical tasks. You are ready to work on new topics. You have a high level of commitment and do not lose sight even in stressful situations. You're enjoying work in the team. You are used to organize your work area independently. A friendly, clear and comprehensible way of expression in word and writing are of course for you. As an international candidate, speak German at advanced language level (Goethe certificate B2).
