Spedition Kohrs GmbH is a company of the Construction Steel Fabric Group, which specializes in the production and distribution of reinforcement products as market leader in reinforcement technology. Our core competence is to organize all transports of semi-finished and finished products, of wire or steel, by truck, train or ship. The products to be transported are mainly concrete steel in rings or rods, concrete steel mats and lattice supports. We are a Europe-wide company in the steel industry focusing on trade, distribution and industrial supply chain solutions. Total responsibility for Europe-wide logistics (LKW, Railway, Ship) Control and optimization of multimodal transport chains Contract negotiations with forwarding companies, shipping companies and railway companies Cost and Budget Responsibility in Logistics Leadership and further development of logistics teams Strategic planning of transport capacities for steel products Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations (customs, hazardous goods, cargo securing etc.)

Complete studies or training in the field of logistics, supply Chain, business management or comparable Multiannual leadership experience in logistics – ideally in steel or heavy transport

Knowledge of truck, rail and inland freight logistics Experience in Europe-wide transport structures German and English Entrepreneurial thinking and decision-making Readiness to travel in Europe
