Business Controller (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• preparation of periodic analyses on order and sales development, margin analysis and the identification of cost deviations.
• Monitoring and analysis of cost structures, identifying cost-saving potentials and implementing efficiency measures.
• Creation of monthly and quarterly reporting for selected business units of HBC-radiomatic.
• Ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Development of budgets and forecasts to support corporate objectives.
• Construction and further development of cost center and cost center accounting.
• Close cooperation with other departments (invoicing, material management, sales, product management, etc.).
• Identification of possibilities for improvement in the financial sector, development and implementation of process optimization.
• Support in the preparation of annual individual and consolidated financial statements.

Your personal profile:

• Successfully completed economic studies (Diplom, Master or equivalent) with a focus on finance / controlling.
• Professional experience in controlling, experiences in an international producing company of advantage.
• Very good, current expertise of modern controlling concepts such as cost accounting, intra-group performance accounting, reporting, project controlling, investment accounting.
• Impressed analytical skills and strategic thinking skills, rapid understanding and pronounced solution orientation.
• Secure communication and convincing appearance at different hierarchical levels up to top management level.
• Very good Microsoft Office and ERP knowledge (FI/CO).
• Affinity for and ideally experiences with the application of modern digitalization technologies in the finance & controlling sector.
• Language knowledge in German and English.
