Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you You are involved in the planning of the annual health days and coordinate them independently with the external service providers You are responsible for the independent organisation of internal and external health services and training You are a contact person for employees and their questions about their health issues and their learning journey You take communication with internal and external trainers: inside and service providers You are actively working on the conception of new development and career opportunities You are involved in topics such as profession and private life, diversity, culture and change When planning and implementing HR events and events, you support your team In the design of the communication and care of the intranet appearance, you can introduce your creativity All of this, you have a lot of freedom, as we rely on empowerment and self-responsibility – and yet everyone is at your disposal in the team for voting, austerity and support.

Expertise & Soft Skills: This brings you You are currently in an economic, intellectual or social science course You could ideally gain first practical experience in the staff area You have an intrinsic motivation for the topic of health Your handling of MS Office applications is safe Your organizational skills, your team orientation and your quick understanding characterize you You are able to work independently and want to do something You can present very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
