Together with interdisciplinary teams, You continuously develop digital solutions within the PLM tool landscape of Lürssen. In close coordination with team members, users:inside and specialist areas, you will be able to keep in mind requirements, dates, budgets and quality objectives and ensure sustainable project success as well as satisfied stakeholders. Transparency and structure shape your Daily Business: you document progress, results and central project data reliably and create a resilient basis for decision making. With your sense of synergies, efficiency and automation potentials, you identify optimization options and drive the further development of our digital processes actively. Beyond the project focus, you think networked, introduce innovative ideas and inspire your interface partners with smart solutions that create real added value and shape the future.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, application development/application engineering, engineering with IT focus, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification First to multi-year experience in multi-site software projects as well as in product-lifecycle management (PLM) processes – ideally with Siemens Teamcenter in conjunction with the Siemens NX CAD system Safe handling of common project management methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing A communicative, goal-oriented personality with persuasive power, which likes to develop innovative solutions, continuously improves processes and convinces with a pronounced innovative spirit Team player with initiative and vision
