Design examination of the water-technical documents including calculations and dimensions of the dewatering devices for obtaining the building rights according to the relevant requirements of REwS and RiStWag Consultation and support in the development of legal opinions in plan setting procedures in relation to water law issues, in particular the establishment of the synopsis Examination of the technical contribution Water Framework Directive according to Water balance law or EU-WRRL Technical and legal assistance and advice to the branch and the external offices on all aspects of road drainage and water protection Consultation and support in coordination with specialist authorities in road planning in complex issues relating to road drainage Creation and updating of a Priority Concept for the Renovation of Dewatering Equipment for the Planning Business Unit, together with the Technical Divisions of the Office

Successfully completed university studies/master studies of technical environmental protection or civil engineering (Diplom/Master) with the deepening of urban water management, water engineering, hydrology, hydrogeology, geography or comparable qualification In-depth knowledge, skills and experience in the field of road dewatering of off-site roads, in particular professional experience in the planning and measurement of dewatering devices, the treatment of precipitation water, wastewater engineering structures and hydraulic calculation methods according to the relevant requirements of REwS and RiStWag Extensive expertise and experience in the field of water law, in particular in the main laws and regulations, in particular Water Budget Act and related regulations, Water Framework Directive and country-specific requirements under the Water Act Know-how in the planning of infrastructure facilities Safe handling of MS Office programs and basic knowledge about handling GIS and CAD programs Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Your personal strengths include: Embossed social and communicative competence Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement High resilience, determination and readiness Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation
