Team Leader Design Hydraulics (m/f/d)

With your team, you are responsible for designing the demand-oriented design of hydraulic systems and test stands. When launching new projects, you work closely with the technical sales department in developing custom plant and system concepts. In addition to fulfilling customer requirements, you also pay attention to cost aspects and show optimization potentials. When it comes to offering the customer, you actively contribute to the customer's margin through your developed design concept. Your team prepares the necessary production documents, including lists for the production of the plants in our house. You can support the creation of documentation. Your team will guide you motivating and targeted.

Technical studies completed with good success Multiannual professional experience in construction in the field of plant engineering / hydraulics Good experience in handling CAD systems (Solid Edge 2021 and AutoCAD LT desirable) First experience with production planning systems desirable First leadership experience desirable Safe handling of MS Office programs Very good technical and business understanding Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, further foreign language desirable A careful and structured way of working, willingness to use and initiative Entrepreneurial and analytical thinking Enforcement and negotiation skills High communication and team capability
