Shipping Control & Disposition: Planning, control and monitoring of the daily shipping process; Disposition of freight forwarders, parcel services and other transport service providers Shipping documentation & customs processing: creation and processing of all shipping documents (e.g. freight documents, loading lists etc.). Assistance in the preparation of customs documents in the case of representation, in particular ATLAS applications Pallet management: guidance, coordination and balancing of pallet accounts with forwarders and external logistics partners Interface coordination & customer portals: coordination with warehouses, purchasing, sales as well as external partners and customers including appointment of deliveries via external customer portals Complaint management: Processing and clarification of transport complaints and other shipping-related clarification cases Shipping data & Process optimization: Maintenance and updating of shipping data in the ERP system. Continuous optimization of shipping and packaging processes Large customer disposition display: independent disposition of large customer orders in the area of display logistics (e.g. foreign assignment, appointment, etc.)

Education: Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding, logistics or wholesale and foreign trade, supplemented by professional experience in dispatch disposition or transport logistics System knowledge: Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SOG, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and very good knowledge in the field of warehouse management and warehouse management systems Shipping & customs knowledge: Good knowledge of national and international shipping and basic knowledge of customs Working methods & cooperation: Structured and reliable working methods and sovereign communication with internal and external contacts:inside Self-initiative: Self-employed work and interest in the further development and optimization of storage and shipping processes
