Werkstudent Platform & Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Supporting Platforms & Infrastructure teams in ongoing operations and projects Keeping and coordinating tasks, appointments and arbelt packages within the teams and across interfaces Working with the documentation of system landscapes and descriptions Support in the preparation of decision documents, reports and presentations practical activities such as hardware installation and cabling

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure topics (e.g. servers, storage, cloud, networks, Microsoft or Linux environments) First experience with project coordination and IT service management (e.g. ITIL) desirable Secure handling of Microsoft products (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and first experiences with Atlasslan (Jira, Confluence) Good analytical skills and the ability to prepare complex facts structured First practical experience in IT infrastrutkur or system operation is advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
