Construction supervisor / site manager rail infrastructure (m/f/d)

As a construction manager, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of demanding construction projects and ensure that quality, costs, appointments and security are at the focus of your work at any time. Support the construction overhead and take responsibility for demanding projects in the field of underground stations, traffic stations and rail-bound infrastructure from execution to commissioning Taxes and monitoring of the construction design with regard to quality, costs, dates and safety of work Ensure the contractual implementation taking into account the VOB and project-specific requirements (e.g. VOB, HOAI, FGSV) Perform regular construction site visits and construction meetings Documentation of the construction process as well as participation in billing and follow-up tests Follow-up of deficiencies, risks, measures and project progress Planning workflows and coordination of several project participants

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable qualification in civil engineering, as an alternative qualification as a technician:in, master:in, or qualification as a specialist building supervisor:in the rail infrastructure First relevant professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring, ideally in the field of rail infrastructure, engineering or civil engineering, including in the context of a student activity Knowledge of relevant rules, especially VOB and HOAI Communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement capacity Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage Interest in infrastructure projects and willingness to learn constantly at the construction site readiness for daily use at the construction site in Hamburg as well as project-dependent operations within Germany; Class B driving licence
