Project Manager Craftsman Heat Pump (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the capacity and utilisation control of 5-10 handicraft partner teams and ensure that existing resources are efficiently distributed to the existing heat pump projects. In his craftsmen, Enpal focuses on stable jobs and continuous utilization of the assembly teams. You keep the progress of ongoing projects in mind, coordinate appointments and capacities and bear the responsibility for the heat pump installations to be completed on time. You are the coordinating interface to your craft partner teams, recognize bottlenecks or delays early on and initiate measures to ensure quality, productivity and timely completion. Responsibility for several teams: You independently tax 5–10 handicraft partner teams and thus have direct influence on utilisation, productivity and successful implementation of heat pump projects. Strong handicraft partner network: Enpal works with an extensive network of external handicraft partners and provides its partners with materials, planable orders and product training.

Complete vocational training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK) and sound technical understanding of heat pump installations and the associated workflows. Embossed organizational capacity and a structured, pay- and result-oriented way of working to reliably control capacities, utilisation, dates and the progress of several craft partner teams. Communication and enforcement strength for the coordination of 5–10 teams as well as the ability to identify challenges at an early stage and to initiate independent solutions. A driving licence is not required for this position.
