Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of your 5-member team in IT Responsibility for a high-performance, efficient and secure IT landscape in day-to-day business (IT infrastructure, data protection, IT security) Further expansion of internal IT services with a strong focus on service orientation as a success factor Identification and implementation of digitalization potentials along all business processes Sparring partners and motivators for the management in the further development and implementation of the IT strategy

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management with IT focus or a comparable qualification Experience as leadership within IT in a manufacturing company Deep understanding of business processes and sound knowledge in the field of IT operations Affinity for innovations in the context of digital transformation as well as pronounced project experience Strategic thinking in combination with strong operational capacity for implementation and communication
