For our Sustainability staff, we are looking for a consultant/in sustainability (m/w/d) at the Würzburg or Frankfurt am Main site as soon as possible. In this function you actively shape the sustainable future of our bank. You coordinate regulatory requirements, develop strategic approaches and support the business areas across the bank - focusing on finance/risk management - in anchoring sustainability in the core business. With your expertise, you contribute to implementing ecological, social and regulatory standards in line with the values of a private bank.

In your role, you shape the future of the Prince Castell'schen Bank in three key areas of action: Sustainability strategy and risk management You actively work in current projects in the field of sustainable finance, and ESG risk control. You design, coordinate and implement measures to further develop the Bank's sustainability approach. You cooperate with the business units to firmly anchor sustainability in the core business. You develop the sustainability strategy, in particular with a focus on ESG risks, develop KPIs and monitor their implementation for internal management of sustainability activities You develop the integration of sustainability aspects into risk management and overall banking management Regulator & Analysis You analyse regulatory frameworks and implement regulatory requirements (in particular MaRisk, BRUBEG etc.) You analyze and evaluate the climate and environmental risks You monitor current regulatory requirements and take appropriate measures. You are responsible for monitoring and reporting in the field of Sustainable Finance (in particular PAI) You support the departments in implementing regulatory requirements. You will start evaluations, analyses and reports for internal bodies. Processes and projects You coordinate and optimise processes in the field of sustainability. You control projects with internal and external stakeholders.

You have a completed economic studies (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable qualification with reference to the financial industry – ideally focusing on non-financial/ESG risks or sustainable finance. You bring basic knowledge in the securities, deposit and credit business and apply MS Office safely. You are passionate about sustainability and want to actively help align financial products, processes and structures with a future-oriented approach. You combine analytical thinking with a clear sense of value and professional expertise. You work independently, structured, carefully and solution-oriented – and always keeps the whole thing in mind: anchoring sustainability as an integral part of our banking business and business. You like to take responsibility, communicate clearly and convincingly and actively shape changes. Your own initiative, commitment and willingness to change are as well as team spirit and joy in cooperation.
