Are you ready to take the threads in this complex landscape as Subject Matter Expert and actively shape governance and processes? Here you take over the professional end-to-end responsibility for a key topic and significantly shape our global compliance strategy. You take the professional end-to-end responsibility for a clearly defined theme within our team and control content, governance and processes. Continuously develop, revise and adapt requirements, rules and processes based on regulatory changes and ongoing monitoring. You integrier and coordinate all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure transparent and efficient cross-border cooperation. For system and process adjustments, you set up technical specifications and control their implementation together with the responsible internal and external partners. You define necessary control requirements, use feedback for continuous improvements and control escalations along defined processes. You identify training needs and enable relevant stakeholders through targeted training content and support to develop organization and knowledge.

Education: Completed studies in economic law, BWL, law or comparable Experiences and know-how: multiannual experience in export control, compliance or governance-related topics; good understanding of complex processes and relationships; ideally knowledge of goods classification and technology transfer Personality and work: You manage to proactively promote themes and manage processes from analysis to continuous improvement; you are convinced by a strong communication and coordination capability in dealing with different stakeholders and performing sovereign and binding; you trade independently, find solution-oriented approaches and keep an overview even in complex situations Languages: very good German in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 121,000 for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the operational requirements).
