Adviser & Trustee: You are the first respondent to all concerns of our employees about their employment relationship. In addition, you are a specialist in all questions of employees to their bAV and take care of the implementation of changes (e.g. changes in contributions). Accompanying and Solution Finder: You accompany our employees over their entire employment cycle, from onboarding to contract changes, absences (e.g. maternity protection, parental leave, Sabbatical) to certification. Data management & payrolls: With your eye for details, you take the continuous data management in our personal software. You take care of the pre- and post-processing of monthly payrolls and act as an interface between the HR Department and our Tax Chancellery. Teamplayer & Kommunikationstalent: Together with your team members, you will shape your working day and together you will ensure compliance and the smooth running of the personal processes. Project work & audit support: With your creative ideas, you'll be able to take you into departmental and cross-departmental projects. In addition, you support in answering audit requests from the revision and external auditors.
