In your function, you guide the staff groups assigned to you professionally and promote their performance You ensure that the production supply is guaranteed on time by providing the necessary capacities In this course, you will reliably plan the personnel use and the holiday times of your area of responsibility You share the assigned personnel according to the workload, prioritize, where appropriate, and monitor the daily work packages You coordinate closely with masters and managers and conduct necessary measures independently Furthermore, the correct packaging of material for follow-up processes monitors and ensure a secure load securing; also check the correct use of personal protective equipment (PSA) by your staff You shall ensure that all occupational safety rules are complied with, in particular the free movement of transport, escape and rescue routes You take over the incorporation of new employees and actively support them when starting You recognize disturbances at an early stage and initiate independent measures to remedy and optimize your area of responsibility You continuously check the usability of your equipment and monitor compliance with all test periods In case of need, you are responsible for all tasks in the field of intralogistics

You bring a completed three-year vocational training as well as a two-year professional training or a long-term professional experience. a comparable qualification with You are routined in dealing with current MS Office applications as well as SAP You have a valid driving licence of the licence classes B and CE In addition, you have a valid forklift and crane license You know the German language safely in word and writing You have expertise in handling hazardous materials Your knowledge of weapons science as well as in the field of the War Weapons Control Act (KMaffKontrG) complete your profile
