Customer Advisor - Jewelry / Watches / Retail (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our customers: you are advising them with passion for jewellery and watches and creating an unforgettable shopping experience until the closing of the cash register system. Through your service-oriented way, you build a personal bond to our regular customers: inside and become their trusted respondent for special occasions. You accept repair and custom-made requests, collect them carefully in our ticket system and ensure smooth handling. Together with your team, you will ensure an attractive product presentation and an inviting atmosphere in our sales room. You support the professional purchase and occupancy of valuables and participate in the execution of our deposit auctions.

You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in retail – a completed training in this area is a plus, but no need. Your passion for jewellery and gems is noticeable and you will be happy to participate in the consultation. With your service-oriented appearance, good ways of handling and a well-kept appearance, you quickly gain the confidence of the customers. You work independently, show commitment and stay flexible even in lively situations. For the advice of our clientele you speak fluent German.
