Ensuring the production of noise, vibration and Harshness (NVH) products (design and process) in close coordination with internal specialist departments and suppliers Identification and assessment of project and product risks as well as introduction and follow-up of actions defined by the project team and derivation of Lessons Learned Participation in feasibility assessments to ensure compliance with all customer, quality and project requirements Cooperation with suppliers and customers Participation in the preparation and evaluation of DVP and PVP, as well as in the assessment of the results of the tests and the initiation of appropriate measures for deviations Working with D-FMEA and P-FMEA Active cooperation in Vibracoustic project core teams

Successfully completed studies in engineering or a similar qualification (technical technicians with professional experience) Professional experience in quality management Strong technical understanding as well as the ability to evaluate production and production processes Ideally experience in the automotive industry (development and/or quality) as well as in customer transition and in customer-related processes such as customer portals Project management and problem solving competencies, complemented by practical experience in lean manufacturing and the common quality core tools Very good knowledge of English and German
