Your tasks

• Tailored care in nursing and nursing homes: Designing a daily life that depends on the rhythm and wishes of the person in need of care (m/w/d) – individually and personally.
• Accompanied by step and step: provide support where it is needed: when waking and getting ready, moving on and together, enjoyable meals.
• The right turn at the right time: administer medicines as a reliable daily companion exactly according to a medical plan.
• The logbook of well-being: Keep every important moment, every observation and every measure carefully – as a secure memory for the entire team.
• Honourable quality: comply with the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to create a completely safe and protected environment

Your profile

• You have completed training as: Career (m/w/d) or similar qualifications
• Empathy and joy in working with people (m/w/d) Team spirit, flexibility and reliability
• Work already on weekends or in the Schichdienst
