Network and consulting manager in climate protection

Thüringer Energie- und GreenTech-Agentur (ThEGA) advises municipalities, state institutions and companies as the central authority of the Free State of Thuringia and initiates networks and groundbreaking pilot projects in the field of the energy transition. In order to strengthen our energy and climate protection management department, we are looking for a dedicated specialist who actively contributes to local climate protection in Thuringia and, in particular, promotes the exchange between actors and advises non-specialised target groups competently and understandably. Construction, support and further development of the network of municipal climate protection managers:innen Thüringens Moderation of exchange formats, working groups and networking meetings between municipalities, regional authorities and institutions of free welfare Maintaining existing consulting formats and work aids for local climate protection and energy management and developing new formats for targeted knowledge transfer Support for the Climate Protection Advisory Council Thüringen and support of relevant specialist processes Participation in the further development of the ThEMS platform for quality assurance of municipal energy management Advice on the establishment or Continued Energy and Climate Management Systems Conception, organisation and implementation of workshops, training and specialist events in the field of climate protection, energy management and energy-efficient buildings

completed technical or scientific university studies with reference to energy and climate protection and comparable degree first professional experience in a comparable position well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the context of the municipal energy transition (renewable energy, energy efficiency, energy saving) as well as a good technical and business understanding high interest in energy and climate policy issues and the ability to prepare these target-group-specific Experience in network coordination, public relations or advice Ability to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible and targeted manner communicative talent with a pronounced moderation competence and joy in sharing with a wide range of actors
