settlement of incoming demand requirements with the initiation of purchases Preparation and assignment of orders in the context of existing IT systems and processes Implementation of order changes Maintenance of the delivery dates in the system and, if necessary, Disposition of production materials Pre- and post-processing as well as conducting negotiations along the approval guidelines Support of Procurement Performance Management by documentation of the success of negotiations and timely maintenance of the required data Creation of statistics and analyses for strategic purchasing Execution of audits and clarification of price differences in the case of invoicing Analysis of deviations and ensuring effective receivable management Coordination with clusters related to demand specifications

Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial merchant Multiannual professional experience in purchasing Experience in handling SAP, LN, MS Office as well as other text processing tools Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Communication and team skills Own initiative and an independent way of working
