They are responsible for the conceptual and professional management of the specialist team ''Supplier Quality Management – mechanic product groups''. For your team, you are responsible for the standard and process-conformity implementation of the supplier quality management, including the supplier selection, supplier and component qualification, as well as the supplier development. You will ensure the measurable improvement of the quality and delivery of suppliers in the product groups in the context of mecha­nian competitors; You will work with purchasing, development and product areas. They actively contribute to the further development of SQM processes, directives and standards, and have the role as a separate contact partner (m/w/d) for suppliers and internal cutting points.

They have completed their studies in the field of mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, air and space engineering or a comparable subject, preferably with an additional qualification with respect to supplier management (SQM). In this context, you will be able to develop skills for team management and communication as well as your own experience in the field of SQM. In addition, you will be able to convince us with very good knowledge of relevant standards, standards and tools in QM and/or SQM environment (8D process, 5-why, Ishikawa etc.); at best you already have experiences with APQP in the supplier environment.
