Working Student Trade Fairs, Events & Trainings (m/f/d)

Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH has been the exclusive sales and service partner of Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of construction machines and part of the Zeppelin Group since 1954.

At the closest possible time, we are looking for a working student in the field of trade fairs, events & training (m/w/d) for 20 hours a week for our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching near Munich.

You want to You actively support our team with varied trade fair, event and internal and external training projects – from planning to organisation to refurbishment In doing so, you will participate in the coordination of appointments, processes and materials and ensure that events are implemented smoothly. In addition, you support analytics and evaluations, e.g. for the success measurement of events, trainings or trade fair appearances You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers and partners and are involved in the voting processes Administrative tasks such as the maintenance of lists, documentation or presentations are also part of your versatile task The creation and preparation of PowerPoint presentations, participant documents or internal overviews complete your activity

We wish Study – You are a enrolled student, in the course of economic psychology, BWL, media and communication management or a similar course of study and your focus is marketing Organizational talent – You have fun planning and organizing, work independently and keep track of multiple parallel tasks Communication & Teamwork – You are open, communicative and are happy to work in the team with a strong customer and service orientation Numbers & Analysis – Work with evaluations and key figures also makes Your joy IT & language skills – You have good English skills and are safe to use the current MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
