• Coordination and ensuring efficient factory logistics from production and material planning, storage and freight management

• Ensuring high availability of capital goods to ensure smooth production

• Leadership and further development of employees and management of and cooperation in projects

• Implementation of investment and personnel planning

• Ensuring optimised production planning taking into account the determinating factors (e.g. capacity planning, limiting the cargo area, availability of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials)

• Ensuring compliance with the IFS standards in the field of logistics and auditing of external agents

• completed university studies in logistics/supply chain management or comparable qualification

• Multiannual professional experience in the management of a factory logistics, ideally in the production environment

• Experience in leadership and development of employees taking into account modern management methods

• practical knowledge in the development and implementation of OPEX activities and in project management

• sound knowledge in SAP and a strong technical understanding

• professional occurrence, enforcement strength and address-oriented communication

• a responsible and varied area of responsibility in a growing company
