You want to take responsibility, strengthen a team, and really keep a location? Then this task fits you. In this role, you control the operating business of building cleaning in the Ruhr region and adjacent Bergisches Land clearly, reliably and with real design playroom and reporting path to the regional management. At the next time, you will ensure that new orders are implemented cleanly, processes work and customers can rely on our quality. You control day-to-day operations in building cleaning – from the implementation of new objects to the economic support of ongoing orders. You lead and develop area, object and team leaderships and ensure clear structures and good cooperation. You set up objects, optimize processes and regularly check quality, safety and sustainability. You build strong customer relationships, care for them and are the central player for existing and new customers. You meet economic decisions on personnel, materials, technology and investments. You analyze key figures, tax budgets and conduct targeted optimization measures. You develop the location through modern technologies, digital tools and efficient working methods. You work closely with the regional management and the central business areas.

You're someone who takes responsibility, strengthens people, and challenges in a solution-oriented manner. You know the cleaning of buildings from practice, communicate openly and clearly and enjoy creating structures that bring teams and customers on. You trade reliably, respectfully and with a look for what really matters. You bring a technical, craftsman or commercial training – ideally related to building cleaning (e.g. Geselle / Meister, Fach‐ / Betriebswirt or Hygiene / Desinfection). You have several years of operational experience in facility service, preferably in building cleaning. You carry area, object or team lines securely and legally. You are using digital tools, time recording systems and modern cleaning technologies. You understand economic relationships and work out with key figures. You work structured, solution-oriented and with high quality standards. You can communicate clearly, value-adding and develop employees.
